We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Photography & Digital Content Coordinator to support our visual content, digital communications, and marketing materials — working closely with ownership and management, who guide our brand direction and vision. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creative retail work, takes direction well, and brings both strong execution skills and flexibility using AI tools to work efficiently. We're hiring for a full-time position, though we'll consider a part-time arrangement for an exceptional candidate. Previous experience in fine jewelry is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Photography & Styling Photograph fine jewelry (styled and white-background product shots) per direction from management Work with professional lighting and studio equipment Maintain organized image archives and file systems Graphic Design Produce print materials as directed: lookbooks, flyers, business cards, calendars, letterhead Liaise with print vendors on specs, pricing, and timelines Follow established brand guidelines for visual consistency Digital Marketing & Social Media Execute social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) based on campaign direction from ownership/management Write on-brand copy for posts and promotions, with management review Use AI tools to speed up content production — image editing/generation, copywriting drafts, and content repurposing Occasional onsite coverage of special events on weekends/evenings Website (Shopify) & Search Support Upload new products and maintain accurate collections Support basic SEO updates and site navigation Refresh header visuals and content as directed Keep reviews section updated and organized Maintain ADA website compliance What We're Looking For 1-3 years of professional photography, marketing, and/or fine jewelry experience Strong product photography skills — lighting, styling, composition Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Camera Raw) Familiarity with Shopify and basic SEO Fluency with AI tools (image generation/editing, ChatGPT/Claude for content drafting) Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and taking creative direction Reliable, organized, and communicative Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time) Pay range: $27-33/hr, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 3 month probation period) 401(k) with company match (after 6 months) Vacation & sick leave with rollover Paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Employee jewelry discount program Monthly sales bonus (company-wide targets) Part-time employees are eligible for the above minus health, dental and vision insurance and paid holidays.
