The Role We are hiring two part-time team members to manage our social media presence from content creation to live streaming and customer engagement across Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc. What You Will Do Plan, shoot, and edit product videos that clearly demonstrate product features and real-world use. Host live streams, present products, answer questions, and assist customers with basic product questions. Manage our social media accounts day to day, including posting, engaging with followers, and growing our audience and traffic. Encourage customers to share product questions or issues through email, photos, or videos so we can better assist them. Create content that builds brand awareness and supports sales. Handle customer service tasks and assist with other duties as needed. What We Are Looking For Experience shooting and editing short-form product videos using a phone or camera. Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live streams. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon live streaming. Strong understanding of the teacher needs of kindergarten through K12 schools; education industry experience is strongly preferred. Able to work independently and manage social media accounts with a focus on growing followers and increasing engagement. Friendly, patient, and customer-focused communication style.
