Office-based planning, editing, and production coordination may be required based on project needs. We connect creators and businesses through content, campaigns, events, and livestreams across hotels, attractions, restaurants, destinations, and consumer brands About the Role We are looking for a full-time Social Media Content Manager who can take projects from planning and on-location filming through account operation, editing, delivery, and distribution.

You will produce short-form videos and photos for events, merchant partners, creators, websites, and social channels.

You will also coordinate freelance and part-time shooters, assign shoots, collect footage, andmake sure production materials are complete and ready for editing and publishing. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Location Filming and Photography Plan and capture vertical-first short-form video and supporting photos at hotels, attractions, restaurants, events, creator activations, and product shoots throughout Los Angeles and nearby areas. Prepare shot lists and capture multiple usable assets per shoot, including alternate hooks, angles, and behind-the-scenes moments, then deliver complete footage and photos on schedule. 2. Social Account Operations Manage selected TikTok, Instagram, and professionally produced content accounts, including content planning, captions, scheduling, publishing, and basic community management. Review content performance and audience feedback, including views, retention, engagement, follower growth, and conversion where available, and adjust content topics, posting approach, and cross-platform reuse. 3.Short-Form Video Editing Edit footage for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social formats using strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound, and clear storytelling. Produce platform-specific versions for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other channels, and improve future content based on performance results. 4. Production Team Coordination Coordinate freelance and part-time shooters for assigned projects throughout Los Angeles and nearby areas. Assign shoot briefs, schedules, locations, shot requirements, and delivery deadlines. Collect, review, label, and organize footage and photos after each shoot so the team receives editing-ready files and a reusable content library. 5. Additional Creative and Production Support Support commercial livestreams, post-live highlight clipping, product content, and other production needs. Create social graphics, covers, thumbnails, and simple promotional assets using AI editing and generation tools. Coordinate briefs, schedules, feedback, approvals, asset organization, and content delivery. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience operating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of trends, hooks, pacing, audience behavior, and content performance. Proficiency in CapCut for editing platform-ready short-form videos. A portfolio demonstrating hands-on filming, editing, and photography work. Short-form examples showing measurable engagement, account growth, or conversion results are strongly preferred. Ability to independently plan and run a shoot using a camera or smartphone, basic lighting, and clean audio. Ability to coordinate multiple shooters, schedules, production briefs, and asset deliveries. Proficiency with AI editing and generative content tools. Strong organization and reliable transportation for scheduled shoots throughout Los Angelesand surrounding areas. Preferred Experience Experience managing a brand or professional short-form video account. Experience producing content for travel, hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle brands. Experience coordinating freelance creators, photographers, or videographers. Chinese language proficiency is a plus Compensation Base pay:
USD 4,500
per month (USD 54,000 annually), plus project-based commissions. Commission eligibility, calculation, and payment terms will be agreed in writing for applicableprojects. $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
