Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Knowledge Manager to support enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, workflow automation, and operational process improvement initiatives within a high-visibility federal environment. This role will be responsible for designing, organizing, and maintaining enterprise knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, workflows, and reporting solutions that support operational functions across HR, finance, access management, and program execution. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of SharePoint administration expertise, process improvement experience, workflow automation knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to enhance organizational efficiency, information sharing, and operational visibility.Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, publish, and manage digital content on NIWC Pacific's official online platforms, including Atlassian Confluence and SharePoint Online Design and format strategy management pages, dashboards, and digital artifacts to support strategic planning and Balanced Scorecard initiatives Ensure digital content aligns with NIWC Pacific branding standards, Hub Style Guide requirements, and official communication policies Collaborate with stakeholders to structure, organize, and present complex information in clear, accessible digital formats Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper linkage of official online information Support maintenance and updates of strategy management websites and associated documentation Assist in planning and preparing digital materials for corporate meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions Train and guide NIWC Pacific personnel on proper formatting, styling, and publishing of official information online Monitor platform usability and recommend improvements to enhance navigation and user experience Provide status updates and progress reports to Government leadership on website and content management activitiesRequirements:
Education Bachelor's Degree Experience & Skills Experience administering collaboration and workflow management platforms including Jira and SharePoint Online Ability to design, build, and maintain complex workflows and dashboards Experience supporting enterprise knowledge-sharing, workflow tracking, and operational process management initiatives Reliability; clear reporting of status and impacts Ability to collaborate with process owners and analytics teams Experience developing dashboards and reporting metrics to support operational visibility, workflow efficiency, and knowledge management effectiveness Required Technical Skills Atlassian Confluence SharePoint Online Knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite platforms Figma Basic HTML Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire) Ability to work onsite inSan Diego, CA Company Highlights:
