Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new creators and affiliates Manage ongoing relationships with creators Coordinate product seeding and sample requests Negotiate creator rates, commissions, and deliverables Track creator content, sales, GMV, and ROI Identify and scale high-performing creators Manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns Coordinate Spark Ads and creator usage rights Maintain an organized creator database and outreach pipeline Qualifications 3+ years of influencer, affiliate, or creator marketing experience Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator network Strong communication and relationship-building skills Fashion/apparel experience preferred
