Job Description 50-60/hrThis person will support digital content and customer communication initiatives, with a focus on RCS and other messaging channels such as SMS and email. They will manage projects through an Agile environment, coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams, track timelines and priorities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate is a strong digital project manager who understands content and customer communications and can keep multiple cross-functional initiatives organized and moving forward. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of digital project management, content project management, or similar experienceExperience working with RCS (Rich Communication Services), SMS, email, or other digital customer communications/messaging channelsStrong experience working in an Agile environmentExperience leading or participating in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog groomingExperience managing digital content or customer-facing digital projects from planning through deliveryExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholdersExperience with Jira or similar project tracking toolsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage priorities, dependencies, timelines, and project roadblocksDirect RCS experienceExperience within telecommunicationsExperience supporting UX/CX, Product Design, or digital product teamsExperience with Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration toolsKnowledge of user-centered design processes
