Digital Content Producer (Jewelry Brand) Full-Time | In-Office | Boca Raton, FL About the Role We're a fast-growing, 10-year-old jewelry brand looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a hands-on, high-output content creation position .
Your primary responsibility is simple:
shoot great social content — all day, every day. You'll use an iPhone along with professional lighting, audio, stabilization, and other content equipment to create a constant stream of short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts . This is not a traditional studio videographer position, and it is not a social media management role. We are looking for someone who understands how modern brands create content: fast, native to the platform, visually strong, and in volume. What You'll Do Shoot short-form social content throughout the day using iPhone and supporting production equipment. Create content specifically for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts . Film jewelry on models, hands, ears, necks, wrists, and in lifestyle settings. Capture product close-ups, try-ons, styling videos, trends, behind-the-scenes content, office content, launches, and other social-first concepts. Work with team members and models to quickly capture authentic, engaging content. Set up and use lighting, tripods, gimbals, microphones, backdrops, and other content-production equipment . Edit short-form videos for social using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software . Add text overlays, hooks, music, transitions, captions, and other platform-native elements. Take creative direction and turn concepts into finished content quickly. Produce multiple pieces of usable content every day — speed and volume matter in this role . Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, hooks, formats, sounds, and platform best practices. Identify opportunities throughout the workday to capture spontaneous content rather than waiting for a formal shoot. Organize, label, and manage a high volume of raw footage and finished creative assets. Collaborate closely with our marketing, social, creative, influencer, and ecommerce teams. Review performance and creative feedback to understand what content is working and create more of it. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience creating short-form digital or social media content for a brand, agency, creator, or similar environment. Extremely comfortable shooting high-quality content with an iPhone . Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and YouTube Shorts . Strong eye for framing, lighting, composition, movement, and visual storytelling. Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools . Able to create polished content without making everything feel overly produced. Comfortable directing models and coworkers on camera. Ability to move quickly from idea → shoot → edit → finished content. Extremely organized. You will be producing and managing a large volume of content. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly . Able to take feedback, make adjustments, and reshoot without getting stuck on a concept. Strong understanding of what makes someone stop scrolling and watch . Fashion, beauty, jewelry, ecommerce, or D2C brand experience is a major plus. This Role Is Highly Production-Focused This is important: you will be shooting content every single day. We are not looking for someone who wants to spend most of their day building social calendars, writing reports, or sitting in meetings. We need someone who loves creating content and wants a camera or iPhone in their hand throughout the workday. Some content will be planned. Some will be spontaneous. Some will be polished. Some will intentionally feel raw and native to social media. The goal is consistent, high-quality output at speed. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You enjoy experimenting, shooting, editing, testing new concepts, and producing a lot of creative without becoming overly precious about any single piece. Work Environment This position is 100% in-office in Boca Raton, Florida. We are a fast-moving D2C business, and this is not a slow-paced or traditional 9-5 creative environment .
