We believe dating should be more personal, more private and more fun—and we're building a community around that idea. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing and creative person to help us grow Luminary Dating throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding South Florida community. This is not a traditional social-media job. We're looking for someone who wants to get out into the community, meet people, create entertaining videos, discover interesting stories and become part of the Luminary Dating community. A Unique Opportunity This position is particularly well suited for someone who is interested in eventually developing a career in matchmaking, relationships, relationship coaching or community building. As Luminary grows, this role has the potential to expand beyond content creation into community development and matchmaking. You'll learn how Luminary Dating evaluates compatibility, meet our members, attend events and develop an understanding of the people we're bringing together. What You'll Do Content & Social Media Create and manage regular content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Develop creative ideas for Reels, TikToks and other short-form videos Film and edit videos using a smartphone and tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar platforms Write engaging captions, hooks and social-media copy Monitor comments, messages and community engagement Track content performance and identify what is working Community & Local Marketing Get out into the South Florida community and find interesting people, places, events and stories Attend occasional local events to capture content Interview people and create spontaneous, entertaining videos Identify local influencers and potential community partners Help promote Luminary Dating events Develop relationships with businesses and organizations that could introduce Luminary to new audiences Future Matchmaking Opportunity Learn Luminary's approach to compatibility and matchmaking Become familiar with our members and community Participate in Luminary Dating events Eventually assist with member interviews, compatibility evaluation and matchmaking as your experience develops You Must Be Comfortable on Camera This is important. You will not be sitting behind a computer all day. You'll occasionally be the person holding the camera, interviewing someone, participating in a Reel, talking about Luminary Dating or interacting with people at an event. You don't have to be a professional actor or influencer. But you must be comfortable being yourself on camera and talking to strangers. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Naturally outgoing and personable Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations Creative and constantly coming up with ideas Comfortable appearing on video Very familiar with Instagram, TikTok and short-form video A strong writer and communicator Able to shoot and edit video independently Curious about people, dating and relationships Interested in matchmaking or potentially pursuing it as a career Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable attending occasional evening or weekend events Familiar with South Florida and interested in the local community Able to recognize a good story or interesting person when you see one Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required.

A highly creative person with less experience who has demonstrated an ability to create compelling content may be a better fit than someone with years of traditional marketing experience.
