We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will capture high-quality content, including before-and-after photos, treatment videos, and other engaging media for marketing and promotional use. Key Responsibilities:

Client Photo & Video Content:

Capture high-quality before-and-after photos of clients receiving treatments, ensuring images are consistent, clear, and accurate for marketing purposes. Record video footage of client treatments, highlighting the process and showcasing the effectiveness of our services. Ensure that all media follows brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and aesthetics. Collaborate with the

Marketing Team:

Work closely with the marketing team to align on content needs and creative direction. Provide content for social media platforms, website updates, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral. Edit and optimize photos and videos for various digital platforms (social media, website, ads, etc.), as needed.

Maintain Client Confidentiality and Consent:

Ensure that all clients have signed proper consent forms for photo/video usage, respecting their privacy and confidentiality at all times. Organize and store all media content in a secure and accessible manner.

Content Calendar & Scheduling:

Assist in creating a content calendar to ensure regular and diverse media is being produced. Coordinate with the front desk and treatment providers to schedule photo/video sessions in a way that minimizes disruption to the client experience.

Additional Content Creation:

Support the team by creating additional marketing assets, including graphics, behind-the-scenes footage, and client testimonials as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a related field. Previous work in the beauty, wellness, or medspa industry is a plus. Proficiency with digital cameras, video equipment, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar). Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and storytelling. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and understanding of content optimization for each platform. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive client information with discretion. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of lighting techniques and setup for optimal photo/video results. Experience in video editing and creating short-form content for social media. Creative flair and ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns.
