Job Description
Job description: We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator to help grow multiple fast-growing brands and personal brands in the health, wellness, and business space (A personal health brand, and content for entreprenuerial business endeavors). This role is ideal for someone who understands both short-form viral content and longer-form storytelling, and who's excited to be hands-on with filming, posting, and content execution across platforms. What you'll be doing: Filming short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, etc.) Filming long-form content, including YouTube videos and podcasts Helping manage and grow a YouTube channel (uploads, organization, clips, basic optimizations) Posting multiple times per day across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.) Filming and assisting with content for Leo's business and personal brand Sending raw footage and organized clips to our editor Doing basic editing when needed (cutting clips, captions, hooks, trend formats) Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips Keeping up with trends, sounds, formats, and viral content styles Collaborating on content ideas and execution What we're looking for: Strong experience with social media and video content creation Proven experience growing social media pages or producing viral content Comfortable filming others and being around filming regularly Understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategy Organized, reliable, and able to execute consistently without micromanagement Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Bonus if you've helped grow YouTube channels or personal brands before
