Creative Content Producer Doral, FL

• In-Person We're looking for a Creative Content Producer with a strong foundation in content creation, someone with exceptional visual taste, a strong understanding of social media, and the ability to move seamlessly between graphic design, photography, and video. Previous experience in fashion or beauty marketing is mandatory for this role. This is a highly hands-on creative role. We're looking for someone who can design, shoot, edit, and produce content , from fast-moving organic social content to more intentional, produced video pieces and campaign work. You should understand what makes content relevant across Instagram, TikTok, and today's digital landscape, while still having the design foundation and visual judgment to contribute to the broader brand. At Gaui, creative is central to how we build the brand. This role will work closely with the Brand Director, Creative Lead, and Head of Marketing to translate ideas into compelling campaigns, social media, photography, video, email, and web.

NOTE:

We're looking for someone who loves hands-on execution, can understand an idea, and bring it to life. Video content creation, both organic and produced, graphic design, and a strong understanding of social media are essential for this role. Responsibilities Design graphics, emails, presentations, social assets, and campaign materials Develop mood boards, references, shot lists, and creative concepts Create and execute content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms Participate in photoshoots and creative productions in studio and on location Capture photography, video, BTS, and organic content Edit, retouch, and refine photography and creative assets Help take campaigns and product launches from concept through final execution Collaborate closely with the Brand Director, Creative Lead, Head of Marketing, and external creative partners Maintain a consistently high visual standard across everything you produce Qualifications + Skills 4+ years of direct professional experience in graphic design, creative production, content creation, or a comparable multidisciplinary creative role Strong professional portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design, visual judgment, and creative execution Strong foundation in graphic design , photography, and video content creation Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, photography, and visual storytelling Experience creating content specifically for social media and digital-first brands Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and contemporary visual culture Ability to move comfortably between polished campaign work and fast-moving organic content Ability to take creative direction and independently develop strong executions Highly detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and comfortable working across multiple projects Full-Time

• Doral, Florida Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM , with occasional Saturday availability for photoshoots and special productions.
