If that's you, keep reading. The Role This is an opportunity to join The Havens Team, and be part of creating world class content geared around American made metal fabrication. We are a young and hungry team, rapidly expanding in the Edgewater area with plans to take over the metal industry. The role will consist of shooting and editing content on a daily basis, to produce high quality reels, long form video, and occasional photography. Who We're Looking For A sharp eye and creative instincts — you see the shot before anyone else does Comfortable with technology — cameras, phone, editing software, workflows. Self-starter who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting to be told what to shoot Eager to be around fabrication, craftsmanship, and American-made work Videography experience is a plus, not a requirement. Attitude and eye win here. The Deal 30-day sink or swim, paid at $20/hour . Pass the 30 days, pay bumps to $25/hour . First raise eligibility 90 days after sink or swim. From there, sky is the limit.
