Social Media Content Creator & Videographer - NOT REMOTE Coastal Custom Pool & Spa Fort Myers, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $18 - $22 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Health insurance 401(k) matching Safety equipment provided Flexible schedule Qualifications Phone communication Outdoor work experience Social media management Interviewing clients Brand voice Driver's License Canva Driving Video communication Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Social Media Content Creator / Videographer Coastal Custom Pool & Spa — Fort Myers, FL About Us Coastal Custom Pool & Spa has been building custom concrete pools and spas across Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and the surrounding SW Florida coast since 1994. We specialize in elevated, flood-zone-compliant pool construction — technically demanding builds most contractors won't touch. We're growing fast and want our social media presence to match the quality of the work we do in the field. The Role We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Content Creator & Videographer to elevate our brand's presence across social media. You'll be our eyes, camera, and voice on every job site — visiting active pool builds daily, filming raw construction progress, and turning it into content that shows off what makes our builds different. Your creativity and technical skill will drive brand awareness and grow our following across every channel we're on. This is a content-first, hands-on role — not an administrative or scheduling position. What You'll Do Visit active job sites daily to film and photograph construction progress Develop and execute content concepts and ideas — before-and-after reveals, build process breakdowns, team spotlights, client testimonials, educational content about coastal/flood-zone pool construction Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and photo content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Appear on camera as needed — narrating site walkthroughs, interviewing clients for testimonials, introducing team members, and hosting quick build-update videos Design supporting graphics and visual assets (thumbnails, captions, simple promo graphics) using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Post multiple times per day across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) to plan and manage publishing Engage with followers and build community — responding to comments/DMs and fostering relationships with our audience Track content performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) using platform analytics and Google Analytics, and adjust strategy based on what's working Support other marketing initiatives as capacity allows (review requests, award submissions, basic SEO/keyword research for captions and posts, occasional written content) Bonus responsibility as skills allow: support paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) What You Need A portfolio or content reel is required to apply — show us content you've created (personal brand, past employer, freelance, doesn't need to be construction-related) Strong skills in phone/camera video shooting and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar) A self-starter who can generate content ideas independently, not just execute a calendar handed to you Comfortable driving to multiple job sites daily and being outdoors on active construction sites (basic safety awareness; PPE provided) Comfortable being on camera — narrating build updates, interviewing team members/clients, and occasionally being the face of a post, not just filming from behind the lens Solid written communication skills for captions and posts that match our brand voice Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice to have: experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, social scheduling tools (Hootsuite/Buffer), basic SEO/keyword research,
Google Analytics, or Facebook Ads Bonus:
interest in construction, home improvement, or before/after transformation content Compensation & Structure Base pay (salary or hourly, DOE) + performance bonuses tied to content output and engagement growth Open to full-time or part-time — tell us your availability when you apply Mileage reimbursement for job site travel To Apply Send us a link to your content portfolio or reel along with your resume. Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered. Coastal Custom Pool & Spa is an equal opportunity employer.Pay:
