Full-Time (In-person with future possibility of hybrid) About the Role At ChurchTrac, our mission is to provide affordable, easy-to-use software that helps church leaders build the body of Christ. We are looking for someone to help us add value to our Digital Content & Marketing efforts, working closely with our team of creatives. In this role, you will champion our organic growth through content and video, while actively nurturing our existing customer base through strategic email campaigns. If you have a passion for ministry, a creative vision for video content, and a knack for written communication, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Video Production:
Produce, star, and coordinate engaging short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), Livestreams, and long-form (YouTube) video content designed specifically to equip, educate, and encourage church leaders. (
Note:
You will drive the content creation process, but hands-on video editing is not strictly required).
Written Content:
Produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and website copy to boost ChurchTrac's visibility and drive inbound traffic.
Email Marketing:
Manage, draft, and execute targeted email campaigns for our current customer base to drive product adoption, share updates, and foster long-term customer success.
Social Media Management:
Develop, oversee, and execute a consistent social media content calendar across all major platforms to build community engagement and brand awareness.
Event Representation:
Occasionally travel to and represent ChurchTrac at church leadership and ministry conferences, connecting face-to-face with the ministries we serve.
What We're Looking For Ministry Mindset:
A strong understanding of church dynamics, leadership challenges, and the specific needs of pastors and ministry leaders.
Content Creation Skills:
A strong portfolio of written content and a creative vision for producing media.
Marketing Fluency:
Experience managing email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
Self-Starter:
The ability to manage multiple content schedules, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced software environment. Willingness to

Availability for occasional travel to conferences and events 2-4 times a year. Bonus Points (Not Required, But a Plus!)
Video Editing:
Hands-on experience editing short-form or long-form video content.
SEO Knowledge:
A solid grasp of organic search optimization, keyword integration, and how to write content that ranks.
Industry Experience:
Familiarity with church management software (ChMS) or experience in marketing or SaaS.
Compensation & Experience Level Salary Range:
$55,000 to $90,000 annually. Why the wide range? We are open to structuring this as either an entry-level or mid-level position depending on the candidate. Your starting salary will be directly tied to your professional experience and, most importantly, a proven history of producing winning, high-performing content.
