Battle Bros LLC ("Battle Bros Events") is a growing event production company specializing in food festivals, craft fairs, and community events. We host numerous festivals throughout Florida and surrounding states, bringing together local businesses, food vendors, artisans, sponsors, and communities for exciting event experiences. As we continue to expand into new territories, we're looking for a creative individual who is excited to be part of our growing team and help bring our festivals to life through branding, marketing, and social media content creation. Battle Bros Events is seeking a creative, motivated, and social media-savvy Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team! We produce exciting food festivals, craft fairs, and community events across Florida and beyond, and we're looking for someone who can bring our events to life through engaging graphics, videos, and social media content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience creating professional graphics in Canva, and the ability to film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms. We're looking for someone who understands social media trends, can think outside the box, and knows how to create content that grabs attention and gets people excited about our events! This is a hands-on creative position that involves designing promotional materials, developing original content, collaborating with our marketing team, and traveling to festivals to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage. This is a full-time, ONSITE position based at our offices in Melbourne, FL. This position is NOT remote or hybrid. Candidates must be willing and available to travel for events, including occasional weekends and overnight stays. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Content Creation Design engaging social media graphics, promotional flyers, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Create visually appealing, original content that aligns with our brand identity and helps promote upcoming festivals and events. Assist with the development of marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, website content, and digital advertisements. Develop creative concepts and promotional ideas for multiple events throughout the year. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our branding, marketing objectives, and event timelines. Create promotional content highlighting participating vendors, sponsors, entertainment, and event experiences. Ensure all creative materials maintain a consistent brand look and feel across our various events. Video Editing & Social Media Create, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Edit video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software. Develop original video concepts, including event promotions, vendor spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and event recaps. Stay up to date with social media trends, trending audio, video formats, platform updates, and content strategies. Transform existing photos, videos, and event footage into engaging promotional content. Write creative captions, promotional copy, and social media advertisements. Assist with scheduling, publishing, and managing content across multiple social media accounts. Create attention-grabbing content that helps increase brand awareness, engagement, and ticket sales. Bring new ideas to the team and actively contribute to the development of creative marketing campaigns. Event Coverage & Travel Travel to festivals and events across Florida and surrounding states to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content. Film engaging event-day content, including TikToks, Instagram Reels, vendor interviews, attendee experiences, and event highlights. Capture high-quality photos and videos for real-time social media coverage and future promotional campaigns. Create event recap videos and highlight reels. Collaborate with our event and marketing teams to showcase the overall festival experience. Attend and support events onsite, assisting with team operations as needed. Be available to travel for multiple events throughout the year, including occasional weekends and overnight stays.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience using Canva to create professional, visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and social media content. Strong video editing skills, particularly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video content. Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends. Ability to create engaging, original content from concept to completion. Comfortable filming original video content, taking photos, and capturing footage at live events. Strong creative thinking and a good eye for graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fun, outgoing, and energetic personality with a willingness to bring new ideas to the team. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment. Willingness and availability to travel for events, including occasional weekends and overnight stays. Ability to work onsite at our Melbourne, FL office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, or a related field. Experience creating promotional content for events, festivals, entertainment, or hospitality brands. Basic photo editing experience. Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or other creative software. Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and Meta Business Suite. Experience managing or creating content for business social media accounts. Education or professional training in graphic design, marketing, video production, or a related field.

Benefits & Paid Time Off 10 paid sick/vacation days annually, subject to company approval and advance notice. Paid time off becomes available after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Paid days off equal to weekend days worked at events, in addition to regular PTO. For example, if an employee works an event on Saturday and Sunday, they may take Monday and Tuesday of the following week off, subject to scheduling and company approval.
