Jewelry Sales Associate & Social Media Marketing Coordinator We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, creative individual to join our team in a unique hybrid position working across Lev Jewelers and Lev Media Marketing . This is a full-time, in-person role that combines fine jewelry sales and customer service with social media, content creation, and marketing support . Part of your role will be working with customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of Lev Jewelers. The other part will involve working alongside Lev Media Marketing , helping create, organize, and manage social media content for a variety of businesses and brands. This is an ideal position for someone who loves fashion, jewelry, social media, content creation, and working with people—and wants a role where every day isn't exactly the same. Responsibilities Lev Jewelers - Sales & Customer Service Welcome and assist customers in-store Help clients select jewelry based on their style, needs, and budget Build relationships with new and returning clients Learn our jewelry collections, products, pricing, and services Assist with sales transactions and customer follow-up Maintain organized and visually appealing jewelry displays Photograph and film new arrivals, featured pieces, and in-store content Help create Reels, Stories, TikToks, and other content for Lev Jewelers Lev Media Marketing - Social Media & Content Assist with social media management for multiple client accounts Help create content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other platforms Film and photograph content for different businesses and brands Assist with content planning and scheduling Write or assist with captions, hooks, Story concepts, and promotional content Research trending audio, social media trends, and creative concepts Help organize photos, videos, content calendars, and marketing assets Assist with posting and day-to-day social media account management Help monitor content and engagement Participate in occasional content shoots for Lev Media clients Work directly with the Lev Media team to execute marketing ideas and campaigns Who We're Looking For We want someone who is creative, organized, confident, and comfortable switching between sales and marketing responsibilities .

The ideal candidate:

Has strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok Understands what makes a Reel, Story, or social post engaging Is comfortable filming and creating content on an iPhone Has a strong eye for aesthetics, fashion, branding, and presentation Is friendly, polished, and confident speaking with customers Has strong communication and people skills Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks and brands Takes initiative and brings creative ideas to the table Can work independently while also being part of a team Is comfortable occasionally appearing on camera Has sales or customer service experience Has previous social media or content creation experience Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person

It is a hands-on hybrid role for someone who enjoys interacting with customers while also being creative and involved in the fast-moving world of social media and marketing.
