Job Description
About MacroBaby MacroBaby is the largest baby specialty retailer in the United States, based in Orlando, FL. Our flagship store draws visitors from across the U.S. and internationally, and we're growing our TikTok presence to match. We're hiring a Content Creator to help us produce engaging short-form video and host regular TikTok LIVE sessions that showcase our products and connect with our audience. What You'll Do
- Film and edit TikTok videos multiple times per week (unboxings, product demos, trends, store tours, parenting tips)
- Host or co-host TikTok LIVE sessions on a regular schedule, engaging viewers and driving product interest in real time
- Develop content ideas and scripts that fit current TikTok trends while matching our brand voice
- Work with our TikTok Specialist and Marketing team on content planning and product launches
- Respond to comments and DMs to build an engaged, returning audience
- Track content and LIVE performance and adjust based on what's working
- Feature new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions in coordination with our buying team What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on camera, live or recorded
- Experience creating TikTok content (personal or professional accounts count)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and quick thinking on LIVE
- Genuine interest in baby/parenting products or retail content
- Reliable and able to keep a consistent posting and LIVE schedule
- Bilingual (English/Portuguese or English/Spanish) is a plus Nice to Have
- Existing personal following or proven audience growth experience
- Experience with TikTok Shop or live selling
- Basic photography, lighting, or audio setup knowledge What We Offer
