We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Creator Specialist to join our team on a permanent, in-house basis at our academy! We aren't looking for a corporate mega-expert, but rather someone who knows their craft well , possesses strong self-initiative, and has an all-around vision to help us grow and keep our social media active and engaging. You will be responsible for projecting our academy's image, attracting new students, and connecting with our community.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:
Create, plan, and post daily/weekly content to keep our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) updated and engaging. Content Creation (Photo & Video): Take high-quality photos and record/edit short videos capturing student life, classes, hands-on training, and aesthetic treatments. Digital Advertising (Paid Ads): Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads and attract prospective students.
Website Maintenance:
Perform basic website updates, information adjustments, and ongoing routine maintenance.
Growth Strategy:
Propose creative ideas for promotional campaigns, open house events, and student recruitment.
Key Requirements Digital Marketing Experience:
Solid, proven track record in social media management, content creation, and ad campaign setup.
Audiovisual Skills:
Great eye for photography, proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.), and confidence filming in a fast-paced academy environment.
Web Management:
Basic-to-intermediate knowledge to update and maintain the company website.
Professional Attributes:
Self-motivated, autonomous, with strong visual aesthetic standards and a passion for the beauty and wellness education industry.
Languages:
Fluent Spanish is required. English proficiency is a plus/desirable asset , but not strictly mandatory.
