RetroRover is a family owned business with a combined 75 years of experience in the "hooman" medical field. But let's face it; At the end of the day, we all look forward to getting home to our dogs. What if we could help them live longer, healthier lives? Even as health care providers, the owners struggled with their own dogs' medication compliance. They created a cost effective innovative solution to assist Rover in taking his daily medications and supplements. After years of extensive research, the PillPuff was developed (patent pending). NOW it's time to launch this amazing creation to help other dogs and their pawrents make pill time easier for everyone. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the owners and management to establish goals, expectations and campaign strategies/timelines.
• Generate, edit and publish daily content (graphics/text/videos/UCG, etc)
• Take professional and fun product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photography that are edited and retouched for digital and marketing use.
• Assist graphic designer to help created promotional ideas for products, specials, new merch, etc.
• Maintain consistent branding across all creative materials
• Work closely with customer service and marketing teams to turn ideas into content.
• Excellent time management and ability to oversee multiple creative projects and deadlines.
• Capture video footage that can be used to daily TikTok, Instagram reels, YouTube or other social media
• platforms capable of going viral.
• Recognize interesting or entertaining moments as they happen
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom or similar software.
• Ability to take ownership and be independent, while using excellent communication skills
• Evaluate social media analytics and digital marketing performance metrics with web analytics platforms to measure campaign success.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine content creations efforts continuously.
• Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency before publishing.
• Travel, as necessary, to trade shows, marketing events, influencer meet and greets, etc.

Our Ideal Candidate We want to work with a motivated, hungry, creative dog lover who is excited to grow this position from the ground up. Be able to create viral videos and content, be part of our daily "solution" in the office, recognize PAWSOME opportunities to capture content of all types. Excellent communication and the ability to "play fetch" with others is essential. Understand every aspect of daily operations so you are able to jump in to help another Pack Members in a pinch (grabbing a phone, assisting with filling orders, etc) Please be excited to share your portfolio/resume, have a phone/video screening, and participate in skills and/or aptitude assessment (content creation, ad setup, etc.) Schedule 40 hours per week/generally Monday - Friday with occasional weekend event or after-hours coverage. Well behaved dogs are welcome at work.
