We're looking for a creative, organized Social Media Creator to grow our online presence and bring our brand to life across platforms. What You'll Do Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other platforms Write engaging captions that reflect Sona's clean, elevated brand voice Capture and edit photo/video content in-spa (services, staff, results, behind-the-scenes) Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content (e.g. back-to-school, holidays) Stay current on platform trends and best practices What We're Looking For Experience managing social media for a business (beauty or wellness experience a plus) Strong photo/video content creation and editing skills (Reels/TikTok-style content a must) Excellent writing skills and a good eye for brand voice and visual consistency Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a content calendar independently Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Details Part-time or contract, flexible hours Compensation based on experience — open to discussion In-person content capture required at our Marietta and East Cobb locations
