Job Summary This position is 100% onsite in Erlanger, KY Our Co-Ops/Interns receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way! Creative Marketing:
These skills will be used to: Design and produce compelling visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns and branded assets. Plan, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across various platforms. Write clear, engaging copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional content. Assist with video filming projects, including production support, and on-site coordination. Use insights to support the brand's visual identity and strengthen audience engagement.
Division Marketing:
These skills will be used to: Support total marketing efforts at the division level. Plan and execute external and internal events. Aide with digital and print advertising efforts. Create written and visual content to engage and retarget customers. Assist with ensuring the website is current and accurate. Help manage social media platforms through creating new content, monitoring analytics, and analyzing trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom). Advanced experience using Canva. Solid understanding of both print and digital design best practices. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. Demonstrate excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical demands and work environment:
Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier). Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted. Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
