About us Diamondback Music Hall is a high production live music and events venue 25 minutes from Detroit. 360° projection mapping, JBL Line Array Sound System, full lighting and effects, and a calendar that runs concerts, comedy, line dancing, Latin nights, themed parties, and national touring artists. Every night in this room is content. We are hiring one person to capture it, run our channels, and own our online presence. You report directly to the owner. If it is good, it posts. What you will do Shoot vertical and horizontal video and photos at live events, on your feet, in the crowd, every show night. Edit raw footage into reels, TikToks, stories, and recaps. Target is 3 to 5 TikToks a day, the best 1 or 2 to Instagram Reels, 1 to Facebook, and stories running throughout the day. Turn event flyers into motion video, not just static posts. Design graphics, flyers, and story slides in Canva or Adobe that match our brand. Write captions and post across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Ticket links go in the first comment, not the caption. Prep content in batches and schedule it out, so the pages never go quiet on a day you are off. Run the inbox every day. Messenger, Facebook comments, Instagram comments. Answer ticket questions, age policy questions, and rental inquiries in the Diamondback voice. Flag complaints, booking pitches, and sponsor inquiries to the owner. Nothing gets deleted. Pitch ideas every week. Contests, DJ battles, theme night angles, trend jumps. Half this job is coming up with what we do next. Keep music under videos clean. No explicit lyrics on Diamondback content. Track what performs and do more of what works. Who you are You have a portfolio or a social account that shows you can shoot and edit. That matters more than a resume. You are comfortable in loud rooms, late nights, and weekends. Most shows run Thursday through Saturday. You know CapCut, Premiere, or similar, plus Canva. You understand what makes a video get watched, saved, and shared. You are organized enough to run a daily posting schedule without being reminded. Based in or near Belleville, Michigan. This is an in person role. Schedule Full time, 40 hours a week. Show nights plus weekday hours for editing, posting, and planning. Schedule set weekly. Pay 18 to 22 dollars per hour.
