Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Strategist to support web and social content execution for a healthcare organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance digital project coordination with hands-on content publishing, quality review, and performance monitoring. The role focuses on maintaining a reliable, engaging online presence while helping ensure communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain website pages and digital content to keep information current, functional, and easy for users to navigate.
  • Publish online updates such as homepage features, announcement posts, and link changes while resolving routine website issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate ongoing administration of the web platform and assist with day-to-day site upkeep activities.
  • Review content before release to confirm editorial quality, brand consistency, and overall accuracy across digital channels.
  • Track website and social media performance, identify engagement trends, and recommend adjustments that can strengthen reach and traffic.
  • Support digital publishing workflows by managing content movement from source materials to live web and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain content calendars that organize website updates and social media communications around planned timelines.
  • Write social media copy based on existing articles and campaign materials, crafting messages that encourage audiences to view related content.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure digital communications are posted correctly and delivered according to established deadlines.
