Job Description

Job Overview You'll be working for a group of companies under one big umbrella — trucking, freight forwarding, a CDL school — the kind of industries nobody thinks to watch online. That's the job: make them interesting. Make people actually stop scrolling for content about trucks, freight, and driver training. If you can find the story in an industry everyone assumes is boring, we want you. Duties
  • Film, edit, and post video content regularly (reels, shorts) across our companies — trucking, freight forwarding, and our CDL school
  • Find the angle that makes an unglamorous industry genuinely watchable — real people, real moments, real personality, not corporate stock content
  • Capture footage on-site across our operations: students training, trucks on the road, day-in-the-life content, behind-the-scenes of how freight actually moves
  • Interview drivers, students, graduates, and staff on camera — real stories, real reactions
  • Create engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) — not announcements, actual content people want to watch
  • Grow our following and engagement across all our brands — you own the numbers
  • Stay on top of trends and figure out how to make them work for trucking, freight, and driver training specifically
  • Manage a basic content calendar so we're posting consistently Qualifications
  • A real portfolio or reel showing content you've created and grown — show us, don't just tell us
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Understands what makes content stop the scroll — pacing, hooks, trends, sound
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing others who are
  • Self-motivated — you'll often be figuring out what to shoot without being told
  • No industry experience required — we need someone who can make content interesting, not someone who already knows trucking.
We'll teach you the industry; you teach us what works online. Why This Role Matters Nobody's making trucking, freight, and CDL school content that actually gets watched. You'd be first. Real creative freedom to figure out what works across an entire group of companies most people scroll past without a second thought.
