Job Overview =========== We are seeking a creative, highly motivated Social Media Content Creator and Video Editor , Production Executor to serve as the engine behind our brand's digital presence. This role is ideal for a self-starter who lives & breathes short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. You will own the full content pipeline from ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, publishing. We are looking for someone who spots trends, understands the psychology behind social media audience before they peak and can take a vague idea from a blank whiteboard to a scroll-stopping, polished post. As a part of the Hook N Sync team, you will help our growing organization ideate, create, organize and execute the expanding vision / mission. Key Responsibilities ================  Generate fresh, original concepts and pitch content that align with brand goals, campaigns, and promotions.  Plan and execute photo /video shoots, handling camera setup, framing, basic recording.  Direct talent, staff, or customers to capture natural, engaging, and UGC-style footage.  Capture a diverse range of subjects and adapt visual styles to fit everything from the dynamic energy of live music events to the polished elegance of ambiance.  Edit raw footage into highly engaging, fast-paced videos, incorporating trending audio, text overlays, sound design, and motion graphics.  Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, and resize or optimize content to mee specific platform dimensions and safe zones.  Monitor rapidly changing social media trends, viral formats, algorithms, and communityguidelines to keep content culturally relevant.  Write engaging captions and hashtags, publish content, track performance metrics, and use data insights to improve future videos. Qualifications  A portfolio, showreel, or active social media account demonstrating expertise in short-form video creation, videography, and photography.  Mastery of industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, as well as agile mobile editors like CapCut, Canva etc.  Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram user behavior, along with a keen eye forlighting, composition, and pacing.  Excellent time-management skills to seamlessly balance ideation, creation with editing and project management.
