This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to create polished, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences while helping improve workflows and content standards. Responsibilities Author, edit, QA, publish, and maintain web content in Adobe Experience Manager Sites. Translate design mockups into production-ready pages using existing AEM components. Ensure content meets governance, accessibility, SEO, metadata, tagging, and brand standards before publication. Support content updates across multiple websites and business initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines. Partner with Marketing, Creative, UX, Development, QA, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver content initiatives successfully. Help define and maintain authoring standards, publishing procedures, and content quality controls. Conduct periodic audits of website content, metadata, tagging, and publishing practices. Support DAM governance, including metadata management, tagging, organization, and discoverability of digital assets. Provide training, guidance, and quality review support for internal and external authoring partners. Assist with release readiness, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue escalation related to content and publishing workflows. Collaborate on process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall content quality. Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites. Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager Digital Asset Management (DAM). Deep understanding of enterprise content management, content governance, and digital publishing workflows. Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading, QA, and content validation skills. Experience working from Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Working knowledge of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, metadata strategy, and content optimization. Experience using reusable AEM components, templates, experience fragments, and content fragments. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Preferred Skills Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Launch. Background working with offshore, nearshore, or third-party authoring partners. Understanding of headless CMS concepts and Content Fragments. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies. Experience working in Jira and Confluence within Agile/Scrum teams. Adobe Experience Manager certifications. Experience mentoring others and contributing to documentation and training materials.
