We're looking for a creative, energetic Digital Content Creator & Brand Ambassador to bring our dealership to life online and help connect riders with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. And as Events Coordinator plan, organize and execute dealership events. At Wicked West H-D, we don't just sell motorcycles, we create experiences and build lifelong relationships with riders. Responsibilities Create engaging photo and video content for social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Capture the excitement of new motorcycle arrivals, events, rides, customer deliveries, and dealership life. Produce reels, stories, short-form videos, graphics, and promotional content that reflects the Harley-Davidson brand. Build and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers. Work with our Sales, Service, Parts, and Motorclothes teams to showcase products, promotions, and customer experiences. Help develop and maintain a consistent dealership brand voice across all digital platforms. Monitor social media performance and use analytics to improve engagement and reach. Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the dealership. Plan and execute dealership events Experience Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or related roles within marketing or communications. Strong photography and videography skills, including editing with mobile and desktop software. Excellent communication skills. Creative thinker with an eye for branding and visual storytelling. Comfortable being on camera and interviewing customers and employees. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
