We film podcasts, brand content and social campaigns for businesses across the valley. Small team, fast pace, real creative freedom. We're hiring a Content Creator and Community Coordinator to be the creative heartbeat of the studio. Your content, your personality and your eye for what's trending will show up every day across our accounts, our CEO's personal brand, and our clients' pages. You'll also be the friendly face of the studio, keeping clients feeling taken care of from the moment they walk in. What you'll do:
  • Create and post short-form videos daily. Our goal together is 5 to 10 posts a day, batch-filmed so it's realistic
  • Film behind-the-scenes moments, trends and lifestyle content in and around the studio
  • Appear on camera when the content calls for it
  • Manage posting schedules and captions for client accounts
  • Reply to comments and DMs and keep the community warm
  • Greet clients, coordinate shoot days, keep communication flowing You'll love this job if:
  • You already post content of your own and people tell you that you have an eye for it
  • You live on TikTok and Instagram and spot trends before they peak
  • You care about aesthetics: framing, lighting, colors, vibes
  • You genuinely like people and they feel it
Requirements:
  • A short-form portfolio (your personal account absolutely counts)
  • Editing skills in CapCut or similar
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it
  • Organized enough to run multiple accounts without dropping balls
  • Able to work in person at our Las Vegas studio
