In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our live streaming sessions, ensuring a positive, engaging, and safe environment for viewers and content creators alike. Your proactive approach will help foster community growth, uphold brand integrity, and enhance overall media performance. If you thrive in fast-paced digital spaces and have a passion for social media content management, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Monitor TikTok live streams in real-time to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards Engage with viewers through chat moderation, responding to comments and questions promptly to maintain a lively atmosphere Identify and address inappropriate or disruptive behavior swiftly to protect the integrity of the broadcast Collaborate with content creators to facilitate smooth streaming experiences and provide technical support when needed Utilize social listening tools to gather insights on audience engagement and sentiment during live sessions Maintain detailed records of moderation activities, incidents, and viewer interactions for reporting purposes Assist in developing engaging content ideas and strategies to boost viewer participation and channel growth Qualifications Excellent written English communication skills. Fast typing and ability to multitask. Reliable internet connection and computer or mobile device. Comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment. Experience with TikTok Live or TikTok Shop is a plus. Customer service or social media experience is preferred. Interest in fashion is a bonus. Schedule Part-time 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Eastern Time) 3-4 days per week Weekend availability required.
