Description We are looking for a creative and self-directed Content Creator. This role is focused on producing engaging social-first video content from initial idea development through filming, editing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate can transform a single shoot or existing footage into multiple platform-ready assets that align with brand goals while feeling authentic to channels such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:

• Generate original concepts for short-form social content that are tailored to audience behavior and platform trends.
• Film content on location at client offices and other approved settings, with local travel as needed.
• Lead or support on-set direction for talent and contributors to capture compelling, brand-aligned footage.
• Edit videos into engaging, high-performing assets for social platforms, including alternate versions, shorter cuts, and behind-the-scenes pieces.
• Repurpose existing footage into fresh content variations that extend the value of each production session.
• Use AI-enabled creative tools to supplement available footage, develop additional visuals, and address content gaps when appropriate.
• Manage the full content workflow independently, from planning and capture through revisions and final asset delivery.
• Collaborate with creative, social, design, copy, and client stakeholders to ensure content supports campaign objectives. Requirements
• Demonstrated experience creating branded short-form video content for social media channels.
• Advanced editing ability using CapCut or a similar video editing platform.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for content development and visual asset support.
• Strong skill in shooting and editing video with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and social storytelling.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final output with minimal oversight.
• Comfort directing talent, interacting with clients, and appearing on camera when needed.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and a willingness to incorporate them into the content production process.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate shoots, travel, revisions, and deadlines within a part-time project structure.
