Job Description

Purpose/Objective of the
Role:
The purpose of this role is to keep the Smith Center website updated, performing well, and continuously improving and to contribute to Smith Center work.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for:1) Updating the Smith Center website with new content as provided and fixing any website issues;2) Making continuous improvements in the website;3) Supporting the lead researcher, including occasionally interviewing faculty;4) Collaborating with two other student worker staff with Smith Center responsibilities, including picking up lunches;5) Additional work as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications/Skills:
1) Strong skills in WordPress; training another student staff in WordPress.2) Strong skills in web design principles;3) Strong ability to collaborate with others as part of a team.4) Strong sense of ownership over responsibilities.
