Content Creator & Business Assistant Buckingham Gardens Approximately 15-25 hours per week this is a in person job and hours are very flexible and able to work around any any schedule About the Position Buckingham Gardens is looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Content Creator & Business Assistant to work directly with the owner of a growing landscaping company. This is a unique position combining social media content creation, marketing, and day-to-day business assistance. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day. Some days you'll be visiting landscaping projects, filming equipment and crews, capturing before-and-after transformations, and creating social media content. Other days you'll be helping organize schedules, follow up with customers, manage photos and videos, and handle miscellaneous business tasks. We're looking for someone who can recognize a great content opportunity without constantly being told what to film. Responsibilities Film landscaping projects, equipment, crews, and behind-the-scenes content Capture before-and-after photos and videos Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content Help develop entertaining and educational content ideas Post and organize social media content Maintain an organized library of project photos and videos Assist with customer and lead follow-ups Help with scheduling and basic administrative tasks Accompany the owner to job sites and projects when content is needed Help document the growth and day-to-day operations of Buckingham Gardens Handle miscellaneous tasks that help keep the business organized and moving Who We're Looking For The ideal person is: Creative and comfortable using a phone/camera Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Able to edit short-form videos Organized and dependable Comfortable working independently Comfortable being around construction equipment and active landscaping job sites Able to communicate professionally with customers Willing to learn about landscaping and the business Good at recognizing interesting, funny, educational, or impressive moments worth filming Comfortable working directly with a business owner in a fast-moving environment Professional marketing experience or a college degree is not required. We're more interested in creativity, reliability, personality, and your ability to produce good content.
