Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator — Full-Time Scarpignato Plumbing & Heating LLC | Aston, PA Scarpignato Plumbing & Heating is hiring a full-time Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day social media output. Applicants must have a strong background in social media content creation or an established, active social media presence that demonstrates their abilities. We want to see engaging content you've created, whether for a business, clients, or your own audience. We have interesting work happening every day. We need someone who can review our job schedule, recognize a good content opportunity, coordinate with our team, and get out to capture it. You'll handle the process from planning and filming to editing, writing captions, and publishing. You'll work alongside our existing content creator, who produces our "Crap Talk with Scarps" interviews and longer walk-and-talk videos covering larger projects. Your focus will be everyday social media content and short videos that showcase our work, our people, and our company. Responsibilities Review the upcoming job schedule and identify opportunities for photos, videos, and stories. Coordinate with the office and technicians to visit job sites at the right stages of the work. Capture before-and-after photos, project progress, quick technician interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage. Edit and publish reels, short videos, stories, and photo posts. Create content featuring plumbing tips, homeowner questions, employee spotlights, service highlights, customer reviews, and community involvement. Maintain a content calendar and a consistent posting schedule. Coordinate with our existing content creator and repurpose longer videos into short clips when appropriate. Monitor comments and messages and direct service inquiries to our office. Track content performance and use what you learn to improve future posts. Qualifications A strong professional social media background or an established personal social media presence is required. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, supported by account links or a portfolio. Strong photography, video editing, caption writing, and organizational skills. Understanding of social media trends, platform features, and how to capture an audience's attention. Initiative to recognize a good story and follow through without needing every post assigned. Comfort working with technicians and capturing content at active job sites. Ability to adapt when job schedules change. Willingness to learn about plumbing and follow job-site safety and customer privacy expectations. Plumbing experience is not required. Social media experience, creativity, and dependability are essential. Position Details Full-time. In-person work at our Aston, PA shop and local job sites. Company-provided phone and computer. Reliable transportation required for local job-site visits.
