Job Description
Kansas City, MO | Hybrid Part-Time Monday-Friday Mostly Remote SocialSoule is seeking a highly organized, proactive Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day client experience across our growing roster of brands. This is a client-facing agency role centered on communication, follow-up, organization, and keeping accounts moving forward. Client success is the priority. What You'll Do Manage routine client communication and follow-ups Track approvals, assets, feedback, deadlines, and next steps Coordinate client meetings, content shoots, and project timelines Keep account details and deliverables organized across agency systems Support monthly content planning and content calendars Communicate client feedback and priorities to the creative team Help ensure clients always know what's happening next Occasionally support shoots and appear on camera for SocialSoule or client brand content What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organization and attention to detail Someone who follows through without needing repeated reminders Comfortable communicating directly with clients Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with social media, content, or digital marketing Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera Agency, account coordination, client success, or marketing experience is a plus Schedule This is a part-time 1099 contractor role averaging approximately 8 hours per week . Consistent Monday-Friday weekday availability is required for client communication, follow-ups, and project coordination. Hours are flexible and will vary based on agency and client needs. Most work is remote, with occasional in-person client or content needs in the Kansas City area.
