Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in digital content management and automation, is seeking a Content Coordinator 2 to join their team. As a Content Coordinator 2, you will be part of the Content Operations Department supporting content publishing and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform detailed quality assurance checks of digital content templates before ingestion, ensuring metadata, accessibility, and standards compliance.
+ Publish and maintain content within content management systems, adhering to established workflows and release schedules. + Support bulk ingestion workflows and coordinate handoffs across content, design, and localization teams. + Maintain operational documentation, trackers, status updates, and audit trails for publishing activities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline content publishing processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Experience with digital content publishing, content management, or related fields (2+ years preferred).
+ Strong understanding of content publishing lifecycles, including metadata, QA, localization, and release processes. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
