Role Overview This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on content creation with client account management. As a Content Creator & Account Manager for OCN Eats, you'll shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content for your assigned restaurant and hospitality clients, and you'll manage their social media accounts from strategy through execution. You'll also help create content for OCN Eats' own channels as part of the broader team. You serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, own the full content process from shoot to post, and contribute to business growth by identifying new client opportunities. You're expected to work collaboratively with the team while independently managing your client portfolio with minimal oversight. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with Pidoxa policies and held to Pidoxa's organizational standards. Core Responsibilities Content Creation (Photography & Videography) You are responsible for producing original photo and video content for your clients. This includes on-location shoots, editing photos and video, and delivering finished content that is visually compelling, on-brand, and on time. Every piece of content should reflect both the client's brand and OCN Eats' quality standards. Client Social Media Management You manage your clients' social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts, writing captions, and keeping each account active and aligned with the client's goals. Content should be timely, consistent, and strategic. Content Calendars You maintain an up-to-date content calendar for each assigned account. Calendars should be planned ahead, organized, and shared with clients as appropriate. Staying ahead of the schedule is your responsibility; last-minute posting is not the standard. Client Relationships You are the face of OCN Eats to your clients. This means maintaining regular, proactive communication, setting clear expectations, and following through on commitments. Clients should feel informed, supported, and confident that their accounts are in good hands. OCN Eats Team Content Beyond your own clients, you'll support the team in creating content for OCN Eats and OCN Drinks channels. This includes contributing photo and video, sharing ideas, and helping keep the brand's own platforms current and engaging. Team Collaboration You're part of a team and expected to show up that way: communicating openly, supporting teammates, sharing what's working, and flagging issues early. Independent work is expected, but isolation is not. Business Development When you identify a restaurant or business that would be a strong fit for OCN Eats, bring that lead forward. Contributing to the growth of the client roster is part of the role. Pidoxa Policy & Standards Compliance All Pidoxa policies, procedures, and organizational standards apply fully to this role within OCN Eats. Any process, decision, or conduct held to a standard within Pidoxa is held to that same standard here, and every team member is expected to understand and follow these standards without exception. Standards Expected in This Role All photo and video content is shot, edited, and delivered on time and to OCN's quality standard Client social media accounts are managed proactively, and no client should feel out of the loop OCN Eats and OCN Drinks channels are kept current and reflect the brand well New sales opportunities are actively pursued and followed through All Pidoxa policies and standards are understood and followed without exception Team members operate with professionalism in every client-facing and internal interaction Skills & Requirements Strong photography and videography skills, including photo and video editing Your own photography and videography equipment Experience managing social media accounts, including scheduling and caption writing Communication and relationship management skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
