Ailie Inc. | Cape Cod, MA | Hybrid Ailie Inc. is looking for a creative, organized Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. You'll work across a variety of client brands, creating engaging social content and helping manage their online presence. What You'll Do Create Reels, photos, videos, graphics, Stories, and posts Write engaging captions and social copy Build and manage content calendars Schedule and publish content across social platforms Visit local clients to capture photo/video content Edit short-form video using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Stay current on social trends and content opportunities Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and approvals We're Looking For Social media/content creation experience Strong creative eye and writing skills Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Photography and short-form video skills Canva and/or CapCut experience Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation for Cape Cod content shoots
