section closely. About Minnie Bird Minnie Bird is a fast-growing fast casual concept focused on premium chicken, dirty soda, and free ice cream. We're early in our growth and building toward a breakout brand, with strong unit volumes, customer demand already in place and a brand that customers genuinely love. We currently have locations in Schaumburg, Oak Brook and Naperville and have others on the way. We are investing in content as a primary growth driver and are looking for a creator to scale our presence on TikTok and Instagram. Role Overview We are hiring a Content Creator to produce high-volume, engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram. This role is focused on execution — filming, editing, and posting content daily from within our restaurants. This is not a traditional "social media manager" role. The focus is on speed, creativity, and performance. Key Responsibilities Film short-form video content in-store on a daily basis (You can work on-site at the Minnie Bird location closest to you.) Edit and publish TikTok/Instagram Reels daily Spot trends fast and know how to make them feel native to Minnie Bird, not like a knockoff Be on camera — breaking the 4th wall, talking to the audience, help bring the brand to life Create content featuring food, customers, team members, and in-store moments Test different formats and double down on high-performing content Collaborate with leadership on content direction and brand voice Qualifications Proven experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account — show us the work At least one piece of content that crossed 100k views (1M+ is a real plus) Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling Comfortable filming and editing on mobile (iPhone, CapCut, or whatever gets it done) On-camera presence and personality — you must be comfortable appearing in content or directing others on camera Self-directed and fast-moving; you don't need someone to tell you what to post today What Success Looks Like Consistent daily content output that reflects the Minnie Bird brand Growth to 100k+ followers on TikTok and/or Instagram within the first year High average view counts and engagement relative to follower size Content that drives real-world traffic — people coming in to Minnie because they saw something Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Starting at $60,000 (based on experience and track record) Performance bonuses tied to content views, engagement, and measurable traffic impact Free Minnie Bird — obviously A real seat at the table in building a brand people are going to know How to Apply (Important)
