This is a hands-on creative role. You'll spend most of your time turning ideas, trends, existing footage, interviews, and client assets into polished social media content. What You'll Do Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Turn social media trends and memes into client-specific content Edit interview and talking-head footage into engaging short-form videos Create graphics, carousels, and static posts in Canva Repurpose existing photos and video footage into new content Add text, captions, music, transitions, and other elements to videos Resize and format content for different social platforms Draft social media captions Help organize content calendars and client assets Prepare finished content for approval and scheduling Make revisions based on client feedback What We're Looking For You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be someone who genuinely enjoys creating content and understands social media.

You should have:

Experience editing short-form video Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software Strong Canva skills A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends Strong attention to detail Good writing and communication skills The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines The ability to take an idea or reference video and turn it into something original for a client Experience working for an agency, managing multiple brands, or creating content professionally is a plus. What This Role Is Not This is not primarily a client management or social media strategy position. Our Content Producer's main responsibility is creating great content . You'll receive creative direction, footage, brand information, and ideas and turn those materials into finished social media content.
