We're not looking for someone who just follows editing instructions. We want someone who understands modern internet culture, short-form content, advertising, AI tools, and what makes content perform. What You'll Do Turn our video ideas into polished ads, Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and marketing videos Create AI avatar videos, AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, animations, and other AI-powered content Take rough concepts and improve them creatively instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions Edit existing footage into engaging, modern content Stay on top of current social media trends, formats, hooks, and editing styles Test different hooks, concepts, and creative approaches Help develop content designed to generate views, leads, and sales What We're Looking For Strong video editing and content creation skills Experience with AI content tools and AI video generation Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and modern advertising Ability to turn a basic idea into something visually impressive Good taste, pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail Fast turnaround and ability to work independently Previous viral or high-performing content is strongly preferred Send examples of your best work and, if applicable, content you've created that went viral or generated strong results. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and output, plus additional performance bonuses for content that generates exceptional views, engagement, leads, or sales.
