M-F, Eastern Business Hours (Full Time, 40 hours/week) •REMOTE Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - only onsite day is Wednesday Day‑to‑Day The Digital Coordinator will report to Digital Services leadership and serve as a key contributor to the day‑to‑day maintenance, administration, and support of internal and external websites and digital communication channels. This role is responsible for content updates, site maintenance, quality assurance, and ensuring digital properties meet established usability, accessibility, governance, and brand standards. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support website updates and digital initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include managing content within the content management system (CMS), prioritizing and completing incoming digital requests, conducting routine quality assurance reviews, and supporting testing and validation of new templates, features, enhancements, and workflows. The Digital Coordinator also supports web analytics and reporting efforts, assisting with monitoring website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and generating scheduled and ad‑hoc reports related to content, accessibility, and governance. The role contributes to ongoing improvements in digital processes by staying current on digital best practices, tools, and technologies. The environment is fast‑paced and collaborative. The Digital Coordinator is expected to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital services and workflows. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in website content management or digital operations Experience managing and publishing content in a content management system (CMS) Working knowledge of SEO principles and user experience best practices Experience conducting website quality assurance, including content accuracy and functionality checks Experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor site performance Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web standards Nice to Haves Experience supporting website accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG standards) Experience using website governance or quality tools (e.g., Siteimprove or similar platforms) Experience generating digital performance, accessibility, or governance reports Familiarity with digital governance frameworks and publishing standards Experience supporting template testing, feature rollouts, or CMS enhancements Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance‑driven environment Familiarity with marketing, campaign, or social media analytics
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
