This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in New York, NY. Role Summary This role is responsible for leading global e-learning projects and developing high-impact educational content that strengthens customer experience across digital and in-store environments. The position partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver consistent, engaging service and product education while supporting global market adoption and performance through data-driven insights. Top Must Have Skills Project management experience within e-learning, digital commerce, or education environments Strong background in customer experience, both in-store and online Proven experience creating learning and educational content for digital and physical channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors
Additional Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in retail, in-store, or online customer experience 3 or more years of experience in learning or educational content creation Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools preferred Retail or customer-facing background preferred Writing experience preferred Experience planning in-person meetings or events is a plus
Responsibilities:
E-Learning Project and Content Management Manage global e-learning projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with business goals Partner with multiple vendors to deliver a seamless and engaging learning experience Oversee and maintain brand e-learning content across platforms to ensure consistency, relevance, and global adoption Educational Content Creation Develop, write, and produce educational content including product education, service experience education, and digital training Create and support video-based learning content that shares product knowledge and demonstrates product usage Stay current on customer experience and service trends influencing customer behavior across social channels and in-store environments Customer Experience Expertise Apply deep understanding of what drives customer behavior and what creates positive, memorable interactions both online and in-store Support the development of services and experiences that increase customer satisfaction and retention Contribute to learning design strategies that effectively upskill and engage global communities Global Market Collaboration Partner with regional markets to support global service education rollouts and gather ongoing feedback Facilitate collaboration with internal teams including marketing, social, communications, digital, and technology partners Reporting Track, maintain, and report on service and learning KPI performance across regions and countries Use insights to continuously improve learning solutions and customer experience outcomes In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
