Napa Valley Creative Agency is looking for an experienced freelance Social Media Manager / Content Creator to provide ongoing support across a growing portfolio of wine, hospitality, travel, lifestyle and cultural clients. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands both the strategic and execution sides of social media. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand an established brand, write in its voice, manage and schedule content, work with existing photography and video assets, create short-form content, and help keep multiple client accounts moving forward. The ideal person is highly organized, creatively minded, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. You should be able to take creative direction and turn it into polished, client-ready work without requiring constant oversight. A strong portfolio and/or examples of previous content are extremely important for this position. We care deeply about visual judgment, taste, storytelling, writing and the overall quality of the work you have produced. Relevant real-world work will carry significant weight in our decision. This is an ongoing independent professional-services engagement averaging approximately 10 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for additional work as the agency continues to grow.

We work with brands across wine, luxury hospitality, restaurants, travel, arts and lifestyle, and we're looking for someone who can adapt their writing and creative approach accordingly. The ability to understand an established brand voice and create content that genuinely feels like that brand is extremely important. Location Candidates should be based in Napa Valley or within reasonable driving distance. Much of the work can be completed remotely and on the contractor's own schedule, subject to agreed-upon client deadlines. There is strong potential for additional hours and project work as the agency continues to grow. The contractor will generally determine when and how the work is completed, subject to agreed deadlines, client requirements and any pre-scheduled shoots, meetings or events. The contractor is free to maintain their own clients and other professional engagements. Compensation $30-$40 per hour , depending on experience, capabilities and portfolio. Additional project-based photography, videography and content-production opportunities may also be available depending on experience.
