I'm looking for a talented, creative, and highly detail-oriented freelance professional to help elevate and maintain Willow Room's digital presence and overall brand presentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye and a natural understanding of polished, sophisticated, high-end branding . I'm looking for someone who can bring creativity and fresh ideas while maintaining a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic. What You'll Help With Creating beautiful, brand-consistent content for Instagram and Facebook Editing photos, Reels, and short-form video content Creating polished graphics and marketing materials using professional design tools Helping plan and organize social media content Maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity across digital platforms Making occasional updates to the Willow Room website Assisting with digital tools and business platforms such as Square and other applications as needed Creating or updating printed marketing pieces, promotional materials, and client-facing materials Helping with occasional creative, administrative, or digital projects as the business grows Who I'm Looking For Someone with an exceptional eye for design, composition, typography, and visual presentation A strong understanding of luxury branding and how to create a polished, sophisticated aesthetic Proficiency with graphic design and content-creation tools Experience editing photos and short-form video Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook content creation and current social media best practices Comfortable learning and working within different digital platforms Organized, responsive, reliable, and able to work independently Excellent attention to detail and consistency Someone who can contribute fresh ideas while respecting and maintaining an established brand identity About the Position This is a freelance/independent contractor position with flexible hours and can be performed remotely. Experience working with beauty, fashion, luxury retail, women-focused brands, or small businesses is a plus.
