Nocturnal Cookies is looking for a tech-savvy Marketing & Website Intern who is creative, dependable, and comfortable working with websites, social media, and digital content. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys both technology and marketing . A major part of the role will be helping us keep our website fresh, accurate, and engaging while also creating content that gets people excited about Nocturnal Cookies. What You'll Do Update and maintain the Nocturnal Cookies website Add and update promotions, specials, products, photos, and other website content Help improve the overall look, organization, and customer experience of the website Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms Create short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and promotional content Use AI tools to help create marketing content, graphics, videos, and ideas Help develop digital campaigns for new flavors, specials, holidays, and events Monitor social media and respond to customer comments and messages Respond professionally to online reviews when assigned Help keep our online menus and digital information accurate Look for new ways to use technology and digital marketing to grow the Nocturnal Cookies brand Occasionally photograph or record products and behind-the-scenes content at our locations Who We're Looking For You should be someone who is comfortable figuring things out on a computer and isn't intimidated by learning new software.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong computer and technology skills Experience creating or managing websites Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video Experience with Canva or similar design tools Familiarity with AI tools for content creation Good writing and communication skills An eye for clean, modern website and social media design Ability to work independently and take an idea from concept to completion Attention to detail and the ability to keep online information accurate Web development, HTML/CSS, coding, SEO, or other website-building experience is highly preferred, but not required. We are especially interested in someone who wants to expand their real-world experience in web design, digital marketing, and technology. Why This Internship Is Different This is not an internship where you'll spend your time making copies or watching someone else work. You'll have the opportunity to make real changes to an established local business's website, social media presence, promotions, and digital strategy. You'll build portfolio-worthy work and have the freedom to bring us new ideas, experiment with technology, and help shape how Nocturnal Cookies presents itself online.
