About the job We opened a brand-new Jamba on the Walmart home office campus in April 2026, and we're building its customer base from the ground up. We need one person to own our marketing. The strategy, the content, and everything in between. You won't be a small piece of a big department. You'll be the department. Who we are Jamba Bentonville is locally owned and operated a family that also owns a local coffee company. We're small and we move fast. You'll work directly with the owner and store GM, and when your campaign works, you'll see it in the next day's sales. What you'll do Own the monthly marketing calendar and strategy across digital and local channels Shoot, edit, and post short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, filmed in-store with real product and real people Run and optimize paid social campaigns, we'll teach you what you don't know yet Build local partnerships with schools, gyms, apartment communities, and offices, and represent us at community events Support our catering program with outreach materials and follow-up Coordinate physical marketing: billboard creative, in-store signage, flyers, and event materials Track results, engagement, offer redemptions, and sales tied to your campaigns, and adjust what isn't working What we're looking for
