Media Associate Comstock Metals LLC is pioneering the recycling of end-of-life electrification products, including solar panels, to prevent landfill waste while recovering valuable metals for reuse. Join Comstock Metals in a dynamic role that combines sales, logistics, and renewable energy field operations. As a Media Associate , you'll be responsible for creating engaging social media posts, website optimization, short-form videos and managing Comstock's paid media operations across LinkedIn, Google, and other advertising platforms. This position will flex between remote work and on-site responsibilities at our recycling facility and corporate office; with travel up to 25%.

As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have these qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, with prior experience in the energy industry or a similar technical environment preferred. Proven experience creating engaging short-form digital content, including videos, animated shorts, carousels, graphics, and social media campaigns. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ad Manager, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, marketing performance, and workflow efficiency. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content for diverse audiences. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your specific responsibilities as a Media Associate will include: Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including presentations, videos, animations, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate key messages. Design, coordinate, and manage trade show booths and event marketing initiatives, including booth graphics, promotional materials, logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site support. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms, leveraging audience targeting, budget management, and performance analytics to maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into engaging, audience-friendly content and visual storytelling. Monitor campaign and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.About Us:
