Part Time Real Estate Content Creator + Social Media Manager Buford, Georgia I'm looking for a creative, energetic social media manager/content creator to help me grow my personal brand and real estate business through consistent, engaging content. This isn't just an editing position. I'm looking for someone who understands social media, knows what's trending, and can help turn everyday real estate, local life, and behind the scenes moments into content people actually want to watch. What You'll Do Meet with me for 1-2 filming sessions each month Help plan content ideas and create a simple content calendar Help with hooks, talking points, and light scripting Film content at my office, listings, around town, and other locations Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts Create on screen text, captions, hashtags, and calls to action Schedule and post content consistently Create content around listings, real estate education, local businesses and community, behind the scenes, humor, family/community, positivity and faith Stay on top of trends and help me adapt them to my brand Track analytics and identify what content is actually helping us grow Help with engagement and building a genuine local audience What I'm Looking For Someone who: Understands Instagram and TikTok growth Is comfortable filming with an iPhone or camera Can edit efficiently in CapCut or similar software Understands hooks, storytelling, trending audio, SEO, and social media strategy Has a good eye for clean, current content Is comfortable giving direction while filming Understands personal branding Has an interest in or understanding of real estate marketing Is creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Real estate experience is a big plus, but understanding how to market a personality driven business is even more important. The Goal I don't want social media that simply looks pretty. I want content that grows a local audience , keeps me top of mind, creates engagement and conversations, and ultimately helps grow my real estate business. I'm looking for someone who can learn my personality and voice and help me show up consistently without making my content feel overly produced or scripted.
