Part-Time Social Media Content Creator - Aviation R&A Aviation Fort Worth, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract From $25 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Film Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere Communications Instagram Full Job Description Overview R&A Aviation is a flight school based at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport looking for a creative part-time social media content creator to help produce short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. This role is focused primarily on filming and editing engaging aviation content, including flight training, student milestones, airplanes, cockpit footage, and behind-the-scenes content. We already have a variety of equipment available for content creation, including multiple GoPro cameras, Insta360 camera, and a Sony FX30 cinema camera . Applicants are welcome to use our equipment and are not required to own professional camera gear. We are looking for someone who understands short-form social media and can turn everyday activity at the flight school into entertaining, professional, and engaging videos. This position is ideal for a college student, aspiring content creator, videographer, or marketing student looking to build their portfolio. Aviation experience is not required. Duties Create a minimum of 20 finished short-form videos per month Produce approximately 5 videos per week Film content at Fort Worth Meacham Airport during scheduled content sessions Edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok Create strong hooks, captions, and on-screen text Select appropriate music, sounds, and trending audio when applicable Help develop new content ideas and concepts Capture student solos, checkride passes, flight training, aircraft, and other aviation-related content Deliver completed videos ready to post Maintain a consistent style and quality across R&A Aviation's social media Most filming can be completed during several batch filming sessions each month rather than requiring daily attendance. Experience Previous professional social media experience is not required.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video content Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software Understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, retention, and short-form storytelling Comfortable filming in an active airport environment Reliable transportation to Fort Worth Meacham Airport Strong creativity and ability to work independently Students studying marketing, advertising, communications, film, digital media, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Aviation experience is a plus but is not required. Compensation $500 per month Compensation is based on a minimum of 20 completed videos per month rather than hourly work. Additional compensation and performance bonuses may be available for additional content or high-performing videos.
