  • game development, art, marketing, licensing, partnerships, community, and studio operations teams

  • What's the Job?
  • + Manage and organize digital assets across multiple teams, ensuring assets are properly cataloged, maintained, and accessible.
+ Develop and maintain content hierarchies, metadata standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy structures. + Partner with stakeholders across creative, technical, and business teams to support asset management initiatives and workflows. + Evaluate, support, and help implement Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management System (CMS) solutions. + Drive process improvements and support content governance, archiving, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing efforts across the studio.
  • What's Needed?
  • + 5+ years of experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS), or similar content operations functions.
+ Experience managing digital repositories, metadata, taxonomy creation, and content cataloging. + Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. + Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously. + Experience working with a variety of digital asset types in a creative, media, entertainment, gaming, or similar environment.
